Meet the Founder

Sherry Navratil
With over 28 years of experience in insurance, financial planning, and community leadership, I bring a unique and comprehensive perspective to HOA governance and compliance. I founded my insurance corporation in 2006 and, in 2009, expanded it to include Registered Investment Advisory services after passing the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination. Since then, I’ve worked closely with clients to build balanced portfolios, manage budgets, and navigate complex financial strategies with clarity and confidence.
In parallel with my financial work, I’ve spent more than 13 years serving as a board member in my own community. During that time, I led large-scale, high-end projects, managed operating budgets, facilitated vendor procurement, and helped maintain compliance with governing documents. I also spent several years working for a community management company, where I deepened my operational knowledge of HOA administration, ARC processes, and resident relations.
As an entrepreneur, I’ve successfully built multiple businesses — including co-founding and launching a thriving venture in 2020 with my husband. My strengths in strategic planning, communication, and project execution allow me to offer clients a thoughtful, professional, and hands-on approach to every challenge.
At the core of my work is a passion for helping communities operate smoothly, stay financially sound, and transition confidently through every phase — from development to full homeowner control.
